If elected as the Independent MP for Casey I pledge to take these policies to Parliament:

  • I support changes to the Petroleum Resource Rent Tax (PRRT) to ensure fossil fuel companies pay a higher level of royalties that is proportionate to our sovereign wealth.
  • I support the introduction of a superprofits tax on large corporations and multinationals closing the loopholes that allow these organisations to avoid paying their fair share in tax.
  • I support limiting or reducing tax concessions for future property investments (e.g. negative gearing and capital gains tax discount).
