You’re invited to a Workshop to explore how an online messaging tool might support the work of volunteers in the Claire4Casey campaign. We're reaching out to you because you're a committed Claire4Casey volunteer and we'd love your input.

The Workshop will explore what role an online messaging tool like WhatsApp could play in the campaign, how big or small this role could be, what it could look like in terms of setup/guidelines/users and anything else we should consider when setting one up. Our aim is to set up a tool which allows volunteers to share experiences and chat with each other but which doesn't feel overwhelming or create extra work. 

The Workshop will be facilitated by Claire4Casey volunteer Alex Nottle. Alex works at the Red Cross as a Product Lead with a focus on digital user experiences. Alex has a wealth of experience guiding groups through the process of setting up online communications platforms, including running workshops like these. We will be in very capable hands.

We would love a cross section of volunteers to come along, from those who rarely use online messaging tools to those who are more active in online messaging spaces, and those who might use it if it was a useful and positive communication tool.
